Energifix ESG Policy
“We at Energifix believe that by respecting the planet, empowering our employees and engaging our clients and suppliers. We will deliver a better environment for all.”
-Energifix’s CEO Cliff Arnold
We believe business can and should be a force for good. Achieving that takes innovation, hard work, and a focus on serving others. It also means leading with our values in the technology we make, in the way we make it, and in how we treat people and the planet we share. Apple is dedicated to leaving the world better than we found it, and to creating powerful tools that empower others to do the same.
Our Energifix values are undermined by a strong set of principles born from our backgrounds. We use these to advance initiatives across Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) topics:
Environment
We have an ambitious goal to be carbon neutral across our entire Energifix business, 2030. We adapt, innovate and invest to combat climate change, to use our planet’s finite resources carefully efficiently and with respect for the planet. We talk to our suppliers and are working towards driving our suppliers to adopt the strict standards we do at Energifix. We are working towards a fully electric vehicle fleet and sustainably produced products.
Social
We work every day to empower our people and to create an inclusive and diverse work environment, and to respect the fundamental human rights of everyone whose lives we touch. Employees, customers and suppliers.
Governance
Our corporate governance creates informed and effective decision-making. We use a balanced scorecard to effectively monitor our progress in the areas that will improve our ES goals.
ESG Index
Energifix have mapped existing ESG disclosures across metrics outlined in the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the Sustainable Accounting Standards Board (SASB). We have a yearly review on our progress as part of our balanced scorecard approach to our own ESG standards.
