Armed Forces Covenant
Energifix Bronze Armed Forces Covenant
Energifix are proud to have been awarded the Bronze Armed Forces Covenant. The scheme encompasses bronze, silver and gold awards for employer organisations that pledge, demonstrate or advocate support to defence and the armed forces community, and align their values with the Armed Forces Covenant.
Energifix employs a number of ex-forces service personnel. Cliff Arnold from Energifix said:
“The commitment and integrity of armed forces personnel we find is second to none and have greater resilience than those that have not served. Our continued commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant will mean as we grow we will continue to employ ex forces personnel and train apprentices from scratch so they can be brought into our hard working culture.”
The Armed Forces Covenant is a promise from the nation by the British Government that those who serve or have served in the armed forces, and their families, are treated fairly.
Supporting the armed forces community by working with a range of partners who have signed the covenant the British Government has said the Armed Forces Covenant is a national responsibility involving government, businesses, local authorities, charities and the public. The British Government is continually looking to identify areas in which the armed forces community is at a commercial disadvantage.
Energifix proud to be supporting British Forces and The Armed Covenant.
